Maps

Upon my urge to spray paint I headed out to Walmart this morning & picked up lime green, red & and a really pretty aqua. Israel is studying maps for the next six weeks so we decided the best way to study maps would be to do an art project of course. I had a bunch of old frames in the garage. I had an old map from Kurto's grandma. I had a can of awesome cherry red spray paint. Izzy and I had so much fun doing this little project & his room looks really cheerful with the maps up. The fishtank will be moved shortly once his dresser is painted sometime in the next few weeks. Izzy loves to color at this table & have his little space. Also to be noted is that Israel is not favored but I have yet to find Aubrey's letters in the garage boxes that I still need to unpack. All part of spring cleaning right? I have to try hard to have the room be both manly & girly all at the same time. I got the globe from a thrift store and it is the kids night light. The fish tank is a reasonable argument these days as it has "garry" the snail in it but no fish. The question is where did the fish go? It died, I forgot about it & garry sits there looking innocent. Hmmm... Oh & the cord won't be hanging down the wall forever either. Just until I get a tie down.
Thanks for all the prayers too for Kurto. He is doing great after his surgery yesterday! Praise God!
